Manage My Booking
If you have paid a deposit, balances are due 12 weeks before departure; a balance reminder will be sent to you via email. Using our Manage My Booking tool, you can pay off your balance easily online and in instalments. To login to Manage My Booking you will need your file number reference - this can be found in the top right hand corner of your booking confirmation. Manage My Booking also allows you to view details of your trip, passenger details, your outstanding balance and your final balance due date.
Alternatively you can pay off your balance over the phone with a member of our admin team by calling us on 0330 880 5006 and quoting your 8 digit File Number Reference.
Should you have any further queries with regards to balance please do not hesitate to contact the admin team on 0330 880 5006 who will be more than happy to answer your queries. We always try our best to accommodate client's needs within the limits of the terms and conditions of the operators involved with the booking.
You can also pay off your balance via bank transfer. Please find bank transfer details below. Please notify us if you have paid by bank transfer at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can match your payment to your account and issue a receipt. Please put your file number as your payment reference, transfers can take a couple of days to clear.

Tickets are processed approximately 14 days before departure. Tickets are issued in an e-ticket format so don't forget to check your email inbox for your travel documentation.
