What is a Priority Card at Disneyland® Paris?

A Priority Card provides priority (but not immediate) access for guests with recognised proof of disability. It can be used for attractions, theatres, outdoor shows, parades, Character Meet & Greets, and checkout lines in restaurants and shops.

How do I apply for a Priority Card?

You can apply online from one month before your visit using this link. On the day of your visit, present your file number along with valid proof of disability and proof of identity. If preferred, you can also apply on-site. The Priority Card will be valid for the full duration of your stay.

What is an Easy Access Card at Disneyland® Paris?

The Easy Access Card is available for guests who have a recognised Long Term Chronic Disease. It allows quicker (but not immediate) access to attractions by giving you a return time rather than waiting in the standard queue.

How does the Easy Access Card work?

How do I apply for an Easy Access Card?

On the day of your visit, you will need to present an original medical certificate written in either French or English. It must be signed and dated within the last three months, confirming that you have a chronic or long-term condition. The certificate should not specify the medical condition. You can view the list of recognised long-term conditions here.
