Old Key West is the absolute BEST resort in Lake Buena Vista! We love the layout of the resort, how clean the rooms are, and how friendly the staff is! This hotel is very family friendly & has multiple pools & hot-tubs to enjoy. Transportation to the parks & Disney springs is amazing as well! Old Key West is truly our home away from home.

We booked through David's Vacation Club rentals and absolutely loved this resort. It was beautiful and peaceful but still close to all the parks. We had a very spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa on the golf course with a full kitchen and lovely covered patio where we are breakfast. The kids loved the pool and even told me that our villa felt like home.

When can we go again?! This is the way to do Disney the right way!! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing resort. This experience, from start to finish, was incredible. The grounds are impeccable. As expected of any Disney location, it’s perfectly clean and well-managed in every little detail. The staff goes above and beyond for you before you even have to ask. Service is friendly, professional and polite. The atmosphere is relaxed and happy, with an island vibe that really makes you feel like you’re in the Florida Keys. The rooms are huge, well laid-out, bright, and comfortable. The suite with a full kitchen was fantastic to make your meals in, but if you didn’t want to, Olivia’s café and ready-to-go meals are super practical as well as delicious. Two 24-hour pools + the main pool make your stay even better, for kids and adults. There’s a boutique onsite with all the little extras and amenities that you could need during your stay. The buses to and from Disney make everything go so smoothly; it’s amazing to be able to travel there and back without stress. I cannot recommend this resort enough and cannot wait to go back as soon as I possibly can!!

Rooms & service were fabulous as always! Only bummers were the unexpected dick closure (repairs/refurbishment I believe), mid-morning fire sprinkler inspection & the water being turned off for 4ish hours for a repair in our building (on our rest day lol). Really small things and we were easily able to reschedule our day/plans. Always be prepared! Staff are SO wonderful & helpful! One of our favorite resorts to stay at!

Our stay at Disney's Old Key West Resort was fantastic! The relaxed, Key West vibe combined with Disney’s top-notch service made it a perfect getaway. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great amenities. The grounds are beautiful, with peaceful water views and a fun pool with a waterslide. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Olivia's Café was a highlight — the Key Lime Pie is a must-try! With easy transportation to Disney Springs and the parks, it’s the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. We can’t wait to return!
