The safety and well-being of guests and Disney Cast Members remains the top priority for Disneyland® Paris, and so they are following these strict health and safety guidelines.
Cast Members will play a key role in guiding and explaining new measures to guests, answering any questions and encouraging everyone to follow measures to promote the health and safety of us all.
Cast members will undergo new training to ensure they are prepared to support the enhanced health and safety measures and manage contactless payment solutions.
Face Masks
In line with French government guidance, face masks are no longer required at Disneyland® Paris, except for collective transportation (including hotel shuttles), in which wearing a mask is still mandatory both for Guests and Cast Members. Face masks remain recommended for experiences such as the parade and nighttime spectacular 'Disney Illuminations’.
Hand sanitising stations
More than 2,000 sanitising and hand washing stations will be available throughout the resort, especially at the entrances and exit of each attraction, boutique, restaurant and theatre.
Enhanced cleaning procedures
Disneyland® Paris will further increase the frequency of cleaning measures in addition to the standards of cleanliness already in place. Prior to reopening, the resort kitchens, sanitary facilities and attractions will undergo appropriate cleaning.
Vaccination Pass
In line with the latest French government guidance, as of Monday, March 14th, Vaccine Pass and Health Pass are not required anymore to access Disneyland® Paris.
